A natural strategic thinker, Jesse has undertaken various creative leadership roles during the last 20 years. His passion for technology and innovation means he is always looking for ways to push and challenge himself, his clients and the brief. Hard work and transparency have led him to build trust along with outstanding results for many well-known organisations in government, pharmaceuticals, sports and technology, to name a few. Strategy, production and nurturing client relationships are where he excels. When not working you’ll find him playing rugby or taking his daughter to football.

Ben began his career at BGA, a Design Week Top 10-ranked agency, a period that ignited a passion for the emerging digital media industry. In 2001, alongside design industry luminaries Cliff Basten and Jim Andrews, he co-founded Band London, where they delivered a large folio of exciting, creative projects for clients in life science, sports, automotive and construction. His experience is diverse and he is known for his meticulous approach to ensuring that projects closely align with a brief. In his downtime, he produces music and has a passion for cars.
